About
The Redwoods Community College District is committed to providing safe and equitable learning and working environments for all students and employees, free from sexual harassment, sexual violence, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, and any other sex-based or gender-based misconduct. Any incident committed on District property or at District sponsored events or activities can be reported directly to the Title IX Coordinator.
College of the Redwoods has designated a Title IX Coordinator to monitor and oversee Title IX compliance. Your college Title IX Coordinator is available to explain and discuss: your right to file a complaint; the complaint process; how confidentiality is handled; available resources both on and off campus; and other related matters.
When someone alleges harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, or sex discrimination or sexual assault, it is the college’s ethical and legal responsibility to conduct a thorough, timely, independent, and objective investigation.
